Ellie 8 months old

The awesome track Daddy built on a snowy May day.

Apollos built himself a bat cave.  I love Ellie's baby doll as the back wall. :)

I'm ready for the pool, but there is snow on the ground!

First time batting at his t-ball game!

Shark attack!

Playing in the water on a warm day before the snow came the next day!

First time eating spaghetti all by herself!

It took her 30 minutes to finish.

Fun at Gymnastic Joe's

Riding bikes at the Greenland Park

I couldn't get this video to upload, but here is a link to the video of Khaliel singing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FW63qgFQqd8

Ellie is now 8 months old!  Where has the time gone?!?  She is our smallest baby by far only being in the 5th percentile for both height (about 25 inches) and weight (about 15 1/2 lbs).  She is smaller than she looks. :)  She is starting to babble more, knows "mama" with recognition, and is starting to clap.  She also waves "hi" or "bye" and is really close to crawling.  She just needs to figure out how to get her left leg, which usually ends up near her head. :)
Khaliel is becoming very independent and is our little dare devil.  He will climb anything and tries to do everything himself.  Sometimes that is good and sometimes not so good.  :)  He is also very musical.  He can pick up a song very quickly.  We are working on him learning his letter sounds.
Apollos registered for Kindergarten this past month!  I can't believe my baby is getting so big!  He got to go see what Kindergarten is going to be like for a morning and meet his teachers.  Unlike most Kindergarten classes, he will have multiple teachers and not stay in one classroom.  He will have 3 mainteachers.  One for reading and phonics, one for math, and one for science/social studies.  They all seem very sweet.  He will also have a PE teacher and an art teacher.
This has been one of the strangest springs weather wise.  We would have 70s one day and 30s the next. We even had snow in mid May!  So glad that winter is FINALLY over!
